What are your charges?
AAComputerZone.com constantly review our charging structure
to ensure that it remains as competitive as possible and always
represents excellent value for money. All prices are printed
beside each service. A small callout fee (£10) may be charged
to cover the engineer's travel costs. Please note that prices
shown for services are home user prices only. Prices will vary
for business users depending upon the number of computers
requiring support within your business. For more accurate prices
for business users, please contact us and we would be more than
happy to negotiate an unbeatable price.
Are your telephone lines really open 24/7?
Yes, all calls to AAComputerZone.com will either be answered
or returned 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our engineers are
ready for a call, whatever time that may be!
Which areas do you cover?
Our engineers are based locally in the heart of
Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. We focus primarily in this
area and cover a 20mile radius. Please see our map for more
information.
No Fix - No Fee?
If the engineer is unable to repair your issue then our
No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that there will be nothing to pay
for any labour. A small callout fee (£10) to cover the
engineer's travel costs or Collect and Return fee (£20.00)
will only be owed.
Is there a callout fee to pay?
We charge a small callout fee of £10 - this is intended only
to cover the engineer's travel costs. If the engineer is in the
area then this fee may be waived.
Do you charge for travelling time?
No. We do not charge for travelling time – We only charge the
fixed prices displayed beside each job for the time spent working
on your computer.
Are your engineers fully qualified?
Our engineers are fully qualified Microsoft certified and all
with years of experience. They are carefully selected through an
intensive interview process and have all spent many years working
in the computer industry.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Onsite engineers accept cash, cheques (Cheque payment is subject
to a check guarantee card) or online payment via Visa, MasterCard,
Delta and Switch.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed for 14 days. All components are
supplied new and are covered by a full twelve months manufacturers
parts warranty.
Do you charge differently for businesses?
Yes, the prices shown for services are home user prices only.

than happy to negotiate an unbeatable price.
Can I limit the booking to one hours' work?
All our jobs have a fixed price per job, no matter how much time
is spent, so this is not necessary.
Do you offer a Collect and Return Service?
If you are too busy to hang around while our engineers work on
your machine we do offer a Collect and Return service.
For an extra
fee of £20.00 we will collect the computer and an engineer will
return it repaired within 5 days and plug your computer back up.
What if I'm not happy with something?
If you are not completely satisfied then call us on our direct
number and speak to a customer service representative who will try
